“Buying a first home was not the best experience in the world. I can't express enough how much a home inspection can be vital to your negotiations and your quality of life after the purchase. I was skeptical before my inspection, thinking I can look at the roof, gutters, and basement while making sure the light switches work, it can't be that hard. I was wrong, I followed the inspector around during the inspection and could not believe the amount of detail that was overlooked while I first looked at the home by myself. The amount of coding on electrical, plumbing, and structural observed by the inspector was incredible. I found out small imperfections that can be easily overlooked may be a calling sign for an unexpected disaster to come.
